  This place will surprise you. Service is typically great. The prices are well within reason for the quality. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.

  I have been to bawarchi many times and it’s been great experience... most of times I go for buffet and I really loved it. Sometimes even I don’t find good options all the time even I go for buffet. But most of times I see good food which includes both veg and non-veg. I do order from home as well for dinner with chicken or goat curries and they are really great. I am really not sure about others how they really see this restaurant. Personally I loved it and it’s great... :-)

  I am surprised how this is a 3.5 star restaurant. Oh, may be because of 4 or 5 star ratings when this was owned by someone else years ago. I usually dine in here often, lately this is being the worst restaurant in Richmond. If you are confused this with the actual "Bawarchi" chain, I don't think this is part of it. If it is, they would have cancelled the franchisee by now. Restaurant is mostly empty all the time by which you can understand the reputation of this place. Management doesn't respect the customers, they are rude. Food is not fresh. Flies everywhere. and I've been reading through the reviews saying they found insects in food, and yet this is operational. I wish there is one good South Indian restaurant in Richmond who cooks fresh and tasty food. They serve buffet during weekends with probably leftover food during the week. There are people who had food poisoning after eating food here. I wish Google has a feature to remember the places you don't want to go so I can add this place first.

  It used to be one of the good in Richmond. Now it’s no more for sure. Food is absolutely disaster. I have ordered Goat Curry. It barely had some pieces in it. And even the pieces what given are only bones and left over fat. They just gave a bowl of some stupid curry as if it’s given for free. Done with Bawarchi.. No more.!!!
